How can I book Brass & Co.?
Contact us using any of the methods listed on our Contact page. To get an accurate quote, it is helpful to include your event date and venue/location in your inquiry.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of €250 is required to secure a booking with Brass & Co. for your event. Details of the deposit required are outlined at the booking stage. You can pay deposit here

How much do Brass & Co. charge?
There is no fixed price. Each event we play at is unique, and the price is determined by a number of different factors. Please contact us and let us know the details of your event – we would be happy to provide a competitive quote.
Are there any additional and/or hidden charges?
Apart from an early setup requirement fee of €200, the quotation is the total cost of hiring the band and is based on the client’s needs according to the information that is given to us.
Do Brass & Co. play live?
Yes, our performances are 100% live with no backing tracks.
What instruments do you play?
Our standard line-up includes up to 5 vocalists with drums, bass guitar, guitar, keyboards, trumpet, alto/tenor saxophone, and trombone. We also incorporate other instruments such as mandolin, clarinet, banjo, additional acoustic/electric guitar, recorder/whistle, flugelhorn(s), keytar, and auxiliary percussion into our set.
How long do Brass & Co. play for and how many breaks does the band take during the night?
A standard engagement is 2 hours. Should a client require a break during this time, we are happy to provide digital background music to preserve the atmosphere of the event.
Can the band accompany singers if required?
Yes, guest artists/singers can be accommodated at the request of the client.
What do you wear on stage?
Our current stage uniform is dark-tailored suits over white fitted shirts and ties. More formal attire can be accommodated at the request of the client.
Can the band play in a venue of any size?
Yes, we frequently perform in all types of venues, from smaller country houses to large marquees, castles, and purpose-built function rooms.
How long does it take Brass & Co. to set up?
In most venues, we are set up and ready to play in approximately 50 minutes. Our aim is to be ready and waiting for the client and not the other way around.
Can the band set up after the banquet at my event?
Yes, Brass & Co. can set up before or after your banquet, which can be arranged at the booking stage.
Do you have your own sound and lighting equipment?
Yes, our professional sound and stage lighting equipment are suitable for venues of all shapes and sizes.
Will the band perform at a volume that is comfortable for me and for my guests?
Yes, Brass & Co. will perform at a volume that is especially suited for your event. We are always amenable to altering the volume at your request.
Are you insured to play in all venues?
Yes, Brass & Co. are fully covered by a Public Liability Insurance Policy to perform in any venue.
Do you provide a DJ service?
We work closely with a number of wedding DJs and can recommend a separate vendor if requested.
Can I decide what type of music will be played during my event?
With over 40 years of experience playing in Ireland and the UK at countless events of all shapes and sizes, our band is extremely capable of ‘reading the audience’ and choosing the music we are confident will pack the dance floor. However, we are always open to additional direction. Please feel free to go through our setlist and highlight any selections you would particularly like the band to play or omit.
Can I hear you play before I book?
